MOU between USGS and U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission

Subject: USGS and USIBWC to establish a framework for cooperation and coordination between the USGS and USIBWC.  This MOU is designed to facilitate USGS and USIBWC scientists, engineers and managers working together, when appropriate, in addressing environmental issues that affect the U.S./Mexico boundary
