Organizational Ombuds
Please contact the DOI Organizational Ombuds Office through the intake form located here: Contact Us and a dedicated ombuds/conflict specialist will get back to you.
A DOI Ombuds is an independent and neutral person with whom all employees at all levels—supervisors and non-supervisors—may speak confidentially, informally and off-the-record about work related concerns or questions. Ombuds facilitate two-way, informal communications to resolve issues that might otherwise escalate into adversarial, time-consuming, expensive formal processes.
Talking with an Ombuds about alleged harassment DOES NOT constitute an act of reporting.
