Detailed Description

Heavy rainfall from a two-day storm prompted extreme flooding in parts of Vermont in July 2023. The Connecticut River in Montague City, Massachusetts overflow near USGS streamgage 01170500 inundated the boat ramp and flowing into the parking lot.
