Madison Goodman
I work as a hydrologic technician with the Northwest Field Office to monitor streamflow around Western Montana.
My professional career began with an internship in college, sampling groundwater and focusing on remediation work with a private engineering and consulting firm in Syracuse, New York. I became interested in my current position with the USGS while I was working alongside the U.S. Forest Service as an Engineering Resource Assistant with the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit for an 8-month term in 2023.
