Detailed Description
Matted buckwheat (left) and rayless shaggy fleabane are native to the rangelands of the western United States. These plants were photographed in the Owyhee Mountains of Idaho during Project ROAM (Rapid & Other Methods for Assessment and Monitoring) vegetation surveys.
