These data were collected to assess the occurrence of foothill yellow-legged frogs (Rana boylii) in 2022, one year after the 2021 Dixie Fire in northeastern California, USA. The data included herein are those required to replicate the occupancy analysis presented in the manuscript, cited in the larger work. Additional site data are included in the manuscript itself.
