Plankton occurrence in the Willamette River, Portland, Oregon

This data release contains plankton sampling results collected in the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. The data release will be updated with new results as they are collected. All samples collected on 05/14/2024 were from USGS station 453027122400000 (Willamette River below the Holgate Channel). Water temperature, specific conductance, dissolved oxygen, pH, and chlorophyll and phycocyanin fluorescence data for this station are available from the USGS National Water Information System (https://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis).
