Bird Banding Notes Vol. 1 No. 6, March 1923

Prior to Memo to All Banders, the Bird Banding Laboratory utilized Bird Banding Notes to communicate with banders between 1922 and 1966, issuing a total of 6 volumes. Volume 1 spanned from 1922-1930. Vol. 1 No. 6 of the Bird Banding Notes was released March 21, 1923. Subjects in this note are 1. Note from the Biological Survey; 2. Stations; 3. Traps (including false bottom trap and other traps); 4. Baits (including Baits for Bird Traps by Dr. R. D. Book); 5. Bands; 6. Returns; and 7. Bird Banding Associations.
