Bird Banding Notes Vol. 2 No. 11, September 1934

Prior to Memo to All Banders, the Bird Banding Laboratory utilized Bird Banding Notes to communicate with banders between 1992 and 1966, issuing a total of 6 volumes. Volume 2 spanned from 1930-1940. Vol. 2 No. 11 of the Bird Banding Notes was released in September 1934. Subjects in this note are 1. Reorganization in Biological Survey; 2.
