Bird Banding Notes Vol. 2 No. 16, September 1938

Prior to Memo to All Banders, the Bird Banding Laboratory utilized Bird Banding Notes to communicate with banders between 1992 and 1966, issuing a total of 6 volumes. Volume 2 spanned from 1930-1940. Vol. 2 No. 16 of the Bird Banding Notes was released in September 1938. Subjects in this note are 1. In memoriam – William I. Lyon; 2.
