This Memo to All Banders (MTAB 1), released on May 14, 1965, discusses newly acquired equipment and changes in preparation of banding schedules. Banding schedule changes included: limiting the number of birds reported to 100 per schedule; due to new equipment light blue inks are not recommended for banding schedules; a reminder to report bands in sequence; and a reminder on “Lost” and “Destroyed” band disposition.
