MTAB 2, September 1965

This Memo to All Banders (MTAB 2) was released on September 29, 1965. Subject: Band issue records. This memo introduces a self-address, postage paid postal card that will be included with band orders. This postcard will have the size, quantity and band number of the bands included in the band shipment sent to banders. If the post cards match the contents banders will need to sign and return. This will prevent potential errors and indicate to the BBL that each bander has received their bands.
