This Memo to All Banders (MTAB 46) was released on October 20, 1981. Subject: Discontinuance of punched computer cards. Starting January 1, 1982 the BBL discontinued the use of all punched cards. At the time this memo was created the BBL was using 21 different kinds of punched cards, and two of these were periodically sent to banders (Report-to-Bander and punched-and-interpreted cards).
