Note to All Banders was a special extra communication with more urgent information relevant to banders. This Note to All Banders was sent to U. S. bird banders on June 3, 2024. This note includes information regarding technical difficulties leaving BBL unable to access the database interface and affecting tasks such as processing records, issuing or modifying permit, assigning or sending bands and affecting some functions of the Bander Portal.
