Detailed Description
A camera sled is towed about 1 meter over the seafloor at speeds around 1 nautical mile/hour. The sled is approximately 1x1x2 meters in size and houses two digital video cameras (one pointed at an angle and one pointed vertically), a 7-megapixel still camera, a high-definition video camera, and paired lasers used for scale. Here, the camera sled has been brought back to the water surface and is being recovered.
