Detailed Description

Maps show the (a) presence and (b) severity (i.e., percent basal area, or BA, loss) of bark beetle-caused tree mortality from 1997 to 2019 throughout the southern Rocky Mountains. Graphs show the (c) total area of presence/absence and (d) total area with different outbreak severities summarize maps (a,b), respectively. (Kyle Rodman)
