Photograph taken during the installation of station TIMB, located just above the Timberline Lodge at Mount Hood. Pat McChesney (left, field engineer with the PNSN) and Greg Speer (right, formerly of the USGS) in the center of the photograph, the radio antenna and solar panel are on the vertical pipe, and a tannish equipment box containing batteries and electronics is at the feet of Greg. The cable running from Pat left-to-right across the photo is the yet-to-be-buried seismometer cable (it is now buried).
