Detailed Description
Geologists examine oil-saturated sand (unconsolidated), sandstone (dark orange-brown rocks), and concretions (light orange rocks) along the Jago River in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge-1002 Area, about 18 miles southeast of Kaktovik.
