San Gorgonio Pass landscape: land of geologic complexity

San Gorgonio Pass is known as a geologically complex segment of the San Andreas Fault that traverses the landscape from southeast to northwest (white arrows mark the approximate trace of one of the multiple fault lines in the Pass region).
