Panoramic photograph of the pyroclastic flow of Sand Creek. It was deposited during the climactic caldera-forming eruption of Mount Mazama (Crater Lake) and formed columnar joints as it cooled in place. Outcrop located in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon.
