Seasonality of large flood events in 14 regions of the United States over the period from 1966 to 2015. Months colored with dark blue are flood rich months. Months with dark brown are flood poor months. The heights of the bars represent the relative frequency of floods in each month. Figure 3 in (Collins et al., 2022).
