Joshua Foster
Joshua Foster is a Supervisory IT Specialist with over 20 years of experience working for the Federal Government. He has been with the California Water Science Center since 2012, where he currently supervises an eight-person help desk team, overseeing the delivery of critical IT support and services for the Center.
A Navy veteran, Joshua Foster served during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
