Lister Florence is an IT Specialist at Rolla (Missouri) Science Center. Lister received a BS Civil Eng., MS IST and BS Computer Programming all from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Since joining the USGS in 1992 he has devoted his career to studying Database integrity, user interfaces, and improvement of product efficiency. Presently, his research focuses on USGS’s National Map’s Historical Topographic Map Collection (HTMC).
