Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland visited the Great Lakes Science Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the week of July 10, 2024.

Secretary Haaland visited the USGS Great Lakes Science Center to speak to scientists who are working to safeguard Midwest ecosystems from invasive species. Scientists from the Upper Midwest Water Science Center were also in attendance to share information on scientific research currently being conducted in the region.
