The Pacific Northwest Environmental DNA Laboratory suggests the use of ESRI Survey123 software for field data collection

Survey123 is an application you can download to your smart phone or tablet. The Survey123 field app is available for download from Google Play, the App Store, and the Microsoft Store. The Survey123 field app is also available for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu and can be downloaded from the Survey123 Resources page. You do not need to have an ArcGIS account in order to use this application. We use an electronic form built for Survey123 to collect and link field data to the sample. You can automatically download this form by clicking the appropriate link for your device.
