September 16, 2013 - Notice of Landsat 8 Data Reprocessing

The Landsat project has determined that a bias correction needs to be applied to Landsat 8 thermal infrared sensor (TIRS) band 10 (10.3 - 11.3 um) data.

The USGS plans to reprocess all Landsat 8 data that have been acquired to date with the updated bias in the near future. More details about data changes and the schedule will be posted on the web site within the upcoming weeks.
