Detailed Description

Bathymetric map of Jenkinson Lake, El Dorado County, California, mapped by sonar surveys after the 2021 Caldor Fire. Repeat surveys by boat and uncrewed airborne system (UAS) provided topographic/bathymetric data used for calculating the new sediment volume transported to this reservoir after wildfire, for use in studying landscape response to fire and to inform water-resource managers of any new risk to reservoir storage capacity.
