Detailed Description
Conceptualization of bioenergetics model being developed for landbirds. Total realized energy will be based on availability of fruits, flowers, and insects. Total energy demand will be determined by the number of birds stopping over in the habitat. The combined image shows the difference between energy availability and demand (green = surplus, blue = deficit).
