Icon indicating the Mineral Resources Program Earth Mapping Resources Initiative (Earth MRI). The icon is a simplified version of the Mineral Systems Map surrounded by applications of Earth MRI data. Earth MRI data can be used to identify critical and industrial mineral resources, energy and groundwater resources and natural hazards like seismic faults.
