Detailed Description
The episode 61g Kamokuna ocean entry was still active today (October 26), with a breakout on the delta surface feeding many lava streams on the delta's beach. Despite the amount of lava entering the ocean, the ocean entry plume was extremely weak, with little to no sign of it from the HPcam (Holei Pali webcam) which views the lower half of the 61g flow field from the ocean entry to the pali. Also at the ocean entry, there was another short-lived breakout on the sea cliff on October 19, which briefly spilled over the sea cliff and produced another small ‘A‘ā flow on the west side of the delta.
