Detailed Description
USGS biologists (two on right), USFWS biologist (in middle, grey shirt) and engineers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE; two on left) measuring compaction along Panama City Beach, Florida immediately prior to initiation of a beach nourishment project.
