Detailed Description
Representative time-lapse camera images from 675 m and 1006 m sites, showing forest vegetation status for undisturbed, drought, immediately post-hurricane, and post-hurricane recovery periods. Note the canopy was still open at 675 m at 14 months post-hurricane. Boxplots show change in frequency of cloud immersion and the departure from normal (rainfall anomaly) for the undisturbed and disturbance periods. Plots represent semi-monthly mean frequency values; box shows interquartile range and whiskers represent 10th and 90th percentiles.
