Pouring cement for a footer of the new Yellowstone River Bridge

Detailed Description
Pouring sulfate-resistant cement for one of the bridge footers after a drill hole has been completed. The existing bridge can be seen through the trees on the left side of the picture. The black tarps surrounding the site are designed to prevent drilling sludge from escaping the site and ending up in the Yellowstone River. Photo by Ken Sims (University of Wyoming), August 4, 2023.
