Radhika Tirumala Accepts a Certificate from EROS Director Pete Doucette As Part of PESEP

USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Director Pete Doucette gives Radhika Tirumala a certificate for participating in the U.S.-India Professional Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (PESEP). Tirumala is the team leader for advanced product software development of India's National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), which is part of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). She recently spent 10 days at the EROS Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as part of the program.
