Detailed Description
USGS hydrologic technician Alvin Sablan calibrates an acoustic Doppler current profiler before collecting a discharge measurement on the Boise River near Caldwell, Idaho. The discharge measurement and other data were used to develop total phosphorus mass balance models for the lower Boise River. The work was conducted in cooperation with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
