Detailed Description

Images from community mural painting event at the Western Fisheries Research Center (WFRC), July 8 and 9, 2023.  This was a collaborative community painting event, staff painting effort, and pro muralist effort. The mural extends to all the walls of the building and depicts the science the WFRC does in support of recovering, maintaining and sustainably utilizing our fish and their aquatic ecosystems in the Western United States. Young, muralist, Austin Picinich of Austin’s Awesome Art provided the design.
