THE HARRISBURG-HALSEY AREA COVERS ABOUT 350 SQUARE MILES IN THE CENTRAL WILLAMETTE VALLEY, OREG., AND IS PART OF A BROAD ALLUVIAL PLAIN THAT LIES BETWEEN THE CASCADE AND COAST RANGES IN THE CENTRAL PART OF THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY.
