Mapping Challenge Update (08/30/21): Schools with No Edit History in Colorado

August 30, 2021

Gray points are becoming more and more scarce with another 700 edits since our last update - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Remember that this challenge will go through two phases. The first phase will focus on points with no edit history. Once all the points have been reverified, we'll shift to moving them through our standard editing tiers again. But no need to limit yourself to each phase; i.e., if you see a green point that needs to be reviewed, feel free to do so.

Most of the schools with no edit history have either a purple or yellow border in the web app. These points appear as gray on the map below. We also added counties to help volunteers identify where these schools are located. (Insider's tip: the Boundaries layer in the editor also shows county boundaries...).

The original post from July 28, 2021 has additional tips and tricks.

A before-and-after image showing the change in edits between 8/19/21 and 8/30/21. Volunteers edited over 700 points during this timeframe (public domain).
