A new monitoring camera on the northeast rim of Kaluapele (Kīlauea caldera) now provides an additional livestream view of Halema‘uma‘u.

The new livestream V2cam was deployed with permission from Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. The camera is positioned on the northeast rim of the caldera. The camera is a pan-tilt-zoom model; the view may change depending on activity but it is currently looking southwest at the eruption site in Halemaʻumaʻu crater.
