Colleen is a postdoctoral researcher with the GMEG Science Center in Moffett Field, CA. She received a Ph.D. in Earth and Planetary Sciences from University of California, Santa Cruz and a B.A. in Geology and a B.A. in Geophysics from University of California, Berkeley. Presently, her research focuses on changes in the behavior of rainfall-induced landslides due to climate change.

Colleen uses a combination of field studies and numerical simulation to research the impacts of rainfall and groundwater on landslide initiation.
