Jeff is the U.S. Geological Survey Department of Energy Program Manager for the Nevada Water Science Center.
Jeff has experience across three large Federal organizations with emphasis in administrative, financial, and quality assurance operations. As the Program Manager, Jeff is responsible for the strategic planning, financial, and administrative operations of the U.S. Geological Survey Department of Energy program. He oversees effectiveness of personnel and program operations, develops life cycle cost analyses of projects, and performs economic evaluations of projects and programs.
