Will R Rivard
Will is a Budget Analyst with the Upper Midwest Water Science Center.
Will began working for the USGS as an Administrative Operations Assistant in 2020. He accepted the Budget Analyst position in April of 2022. Since joining USGS he has been part of the Admin Team that has developed several Standard Operating Procedures helping the Center stay compliant during the pandemic and supporting the center’s mission to protect and preserve water resources for future generations.
Additionally, Will serves on the Center’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Council (DEIA) and is a Peer Support Worker (PSW). Will views these duties as vital to creating a positive, welcoming culture for new and existing employees.
