The USGS Supervisory Development Program has 360-degree feedback assessments available for supervisors at the low cost of $99. Supervisors benefit from having the opportunity to receive feedback from a variety of sources. We are offering this assessment as a professional development tool.
360-degree feedback, also known as multi-rater feedback, multi-source feedback, or multi-source assessment, is feedback that comes from members of your immediate work circle. Most often, 360-degree feedback will include direct feedback from your subordinates, peers, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation. It can also include, in some cases, feedback from external sources, such as your customers and suppliers or other interested stakeholders. The 360 feedback system automatically tabulates the feedback results and presents them to you in a report.
Your participation includes:
Completing a self-evaluation
Submitting a list of raters (your supervisor, direct reports, peers, and others) that will provide their evaluation
