On Wednesday July 31, Jessica Driscoll (RMR), Adrian Monroe (FORT), Sharon Hausam (SC CASC), and Mike Johnson (NM) are leading a listening session with natural resource professionals from the Pueblo of Acoma to better understand their challenges and science needs related to drought risk.

This event is the result of an effort initiated in 2023 with support from the USGS Risk Community of Practice and the Actionable and Strategic Integrated Science and Technology (ASIST) initiative to build and strengthen partnerships between Tribal members and USGS scientists for co-producing actionable science that benefits communities in the Southwest.
