The MD-DE-DC Water Science Center has three offices. The main office in Baltimore houses hydrologic technicians, research scientists, GIS analysts, IT staff, admin staff, and many students from UMBC (the Baltimore office is located at Research Park, adjacent to the UMBC campus). The Dover and Frostburg offices are comprised mainly of Hydrologic Technicians and a few research scientists.
