Succession Planning Guidance and Training

The Succession Planning Desk Guide provides resources to support succession planning for all USGS organizational levels.

The Succession Planning Webinar Series breaks up the succession planning desk guide into six parts and describes the phases of succession planning and the related tools and resources. The webinars were held in June 2018 and the related presentations are available to employees internally on DOI Talent.  DOI employees may find the series by searching on “USGS Succession Planning” in DOI Talent.
