Science projects related to drought in the Colorado River Basin are conducted by Scientists and Technicians in 8 principal Science Centers in the USGS Rocky Mountain Region, 4 principal Science Centers in the Lower Colorado and California-Great Basin Regions (Regions 8 and 10), 1 principal Science Center in the Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region (Region 9), and several other USGS Science Centers.
