Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Department of the Interior (DOI) is investing $905 million during fiscal years 2022-2026 to fund Ecosystem Restoration activities to improve the functioning, resilience, and ecological adaptability of the Nation’s ecosystems. This work will be guided by science and best practices for effective restoration.
